Hi, I’m Megan, the founder of Stack of Travel, and I believe the best journeys are the ones we take together—with family, friends, or fellow explorers eager to connect through culture, history, and unforgettable moments.

As a full-time elementary educator, former summer camp director, and historical tour guide, my life has always centered around storytelling, discovery, and connection. I’ve spent my life helping people discover the world around them—whether in a classroom, on a trail, or through the cobblestone streets of my hometown, Philadelphia. That same passion now fuels Stack of Travel, where I create custom itineraries that bring history, culture, and connection to life.

At Stack of Travel, I specialize in family and group travel, bringing destinations to life through hands-on experiences, cultural depth, and just the right blend of structure and spontaneity.

Some of my favorite travel memories include:

• Walking a tiger in Thailand— an experience that challenged my assumptions and deepened my understanding of the fragile line between tradition, wonder, and ethical conservation.
• Professional development at Oxford, which felt like stepping into a real-life Hogwarts—ancient halls, hidden courtyards, and the kind of magic that only centuries of learning can create.
• Exploring Le Mont Saint Michel-- standing between land and sea, watching the tides rise as centuries-old stories seemed to swirl through the stone passageways.
• And Ireland’s winding roads led me through a living story— past crumbling castles, sheep-dotted fields, and moments of stillness that made me feel completely free.

As a world traveler and lifelong bibliophile, I love discovering those small details—the tucked-away bookshop, the family-run café, the hidden-gem museums. It’s these kinds of moments I love building into every custom itinerary, whether you're traveling with little ones, reuniting a big group, or exploring your heritage.
